My name is Vidhya Jagannathan. I started of as a molecular biologist then decided to do biology using computers due lack of patience with pipettes and lacked the necessary skills for dissections and microscopes.I am post-doctoral researcher in DNA-protein interaction studies – specifically looking at quantative modelling of sequence interactions between a DNA and transcription factors. I’m will be using this blog as a platform to discuss any topic that interests me, which are mostly scientific.
