My name is Vidhya Jagannathan. I started of as a molecular biologist then decided to do biology using computers due lack of patience with pipettes and lacked the necessary skills for dissections and microscopes.I am post-doctoral researcher in DNA-protein interaction studies - specifically looking at quantative modelling of sequence interactions between a DNA and transcription factors. I’m will be using this blog as a platform to discuss any topic that interests me, which are mostly scientific. The blogs posted here will generally come from reading other science blogs, scientific papers, books and general web browsing.
